4. Account Registration & Security

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frank May Farm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

11. Modifications
